Operations Benchmarking
Flight, Operations, Maintenance & Safety
GBAA's 1st event of 2009 - Operations Benchmarking was held on Wednesday April 1, 2009 at the Home Depot Corporate Hangar at FTY Airport.
Join your fellow colleagues for paneled discussions about common issues your department's maintenance facilities and operations face in this new environment. These structured discussions on best practices will be shared in a private forum to include various organizations that make up our regional business aviation community. This benchmarking event will cover several key disciplines that should offer something for everyone in your organization.
Has your organization ever faced a challenging process or situation?
- No time to develop new policy and procedures? Discuss these topics with organizations who have "been there, done that."
- Don't want to reinvent the wheel? Benchmarking your ideas can help your organization reach their goals sooner!
The private session will be followed by a networking lunch to include vendors and suppliers. Don't miss this opportunity; reach out to your organization's vendors/partners to discuss your needs!
